  • Submit employee data, payroll details, and billing information to payroll services

3. We prepare and process your invoices and backup.

  • Submit signed timecards to payroll services
  • Payroll services creates invoices on behalf of client with Riviera lockbox address
  • Riviera sends invoices and timecards to customers for payment

4. You receive your cash from Riviera.

  • We wire 93% of your billed amount into your selected account(s) within 24 hours
  • We rebate the small balance, less our fee for service, after the invoices are paid

5. Your employees receive their checks promptly and accurately.

PRICING

Our pricing is straightforward, and based on the services you need:

Funding: 2.00% to 3.00% of invoice for 30 days, assuming a 93% advance rate

Payroll: 0.75% to 1.25% of invoice  ($100 minimum weekly)
